Struvora ("we," "us," "our") provides AI-powered office management assistants -- including Foreman AI, Bella AI, and Skye AI -- for contractors, estheticians, and real estate professionals. By subscribing to any Struvora product, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Struvora provides an AI-powered chat and voice assistant that answers questions, generates estimates, schedules appointments, and performs related office management tasks on behalf of your business. Estimates generated by the assistant are informational and do not constitute a binding contract unless you separately confirm the work.
Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time by contacting us. There are no long-term contracts. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
If you connect your own Stripe account, deposits and invoices collected through your AI assistant are processed directly to your Stripe account. Struvora does not hold, custody, or have access to these funds.
You agree not to use Struvora for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent your business, or to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law.
Struvora is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including estimate accuracy or scheduling conflicts, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
